I am sending you this review to let you know how impressed I was with your employees. I was in sales for 39 years and do not respond well to high pressure or BS, but your salesman Charles did neither. He came in and looked everything over and explained what needed doing and why. He gave me options not just the top of the line job. We were later joined by his brother Curtis, who was doing a job across the street. Curtis (your project manager, as other people won’t know) found us other ways to save money through current incentives.
When the guys doing the work showed up, they were very personable and we hit it off quickly. They kept us informed on what was happening. When the day was over, things were cleaner when they left than when they got here. Over the course of the day we shared stories and I believe made new friends. Their value to your company can’t be understated. I will highly recommend your company.
